Kid's say the darndest things....

Amberlee:
"I had a dream that mom and dad came in SOAKING MAD and wouldn't tell us a bed-time story!"

"Mom, I cleaned up my toys and made a house of order, but Autumn only made a little house of order."

Autumn:
"Dell me da droof!" (Tell me the truth.)

"He is 'pitting on you!" (Backing up.) "I'm so 'cared of him. I don't want him 'pitting on me."

"Aunt Goo is so drave. She's not even 'cared of 'piders."

After getting caught eating crayons, Autumn said, "But I look like Uncle Tony, and he eats crayons. It's ok." (Which is true- he did he crayons. I guess she just picked up on a confersation- they're little sponges. You just never know...)

Seven Sweet Months!

Can you beleive this little dude is already 7 months! It just blows me away how fast the time flies! I just love my little man-cub! Seth is getting so big- he is crawling all over, climbing up on everything, and charming us all with is big-mouth smile and dimples! I'm so glad he is healthy and strong- especially when I think back on his rough beginnings! He just had is appointment and got shots and he is already almost 20 pounds. Now if we could just get him sleeping through the night.... :)

I know it seems a bit extreme, but what would you do if your kid was too old to be sucking their thumbs? The dentist said their bite is almost shot. I taped it up, but I am open to anything other bright ideas. (We're running out of duct-tape.) :)

On the road again...

All any hunter could ever want, huh? (Doug and I laughed about this sign the rest of the way home!)
But never three at once! :) A rare moment on any trip. (And then as soon as it happens, then Mom or Dad need to take a potty break and it wakes them all up! :)
This was one amazing leaf. I know this is silly, but it stayed on the hood of the car almost the whole trip home. It was crazy! We could not figure out how it didn't fly off!
We drove through some beautiful places! I was just amazed! I couldn't get over some the pretty landscapes. We seriously traveled the perfect time of year- the leaves were so pretty and it was just breath taking- I wish we could have pulled of to take pictures ever time I wanted to, but we would probably still be on the road. :)

Trunker Treating

It took a while for them to catch on (If Autumn got two of anything, she would give it back) but once they did- they thought it was pretty awesome and they were ready to go around a second time. :) They had yummy scones and cider too.

Checking out...

Trick or Treat...

We met up with Doug's cousins Tom and Jen and their cute kids for trunk or treating. We hit them on a crazy night- she is SO amazing! She was watching 5 or 6 other boys and getting them in their costumes, and feeding us, sending her hubby off to a football game, picking her daughter up from a cross-country meet and like 20 other things! I don't know how she did it! She sure made it fun for us though! They have such a beautiful home and it was fun to visit with her, even amid the chaos! :)

Where did everybody go?

On our way to the zoo...

We spent over two hours just taking it all in! There were so many fun things to see! I hope we can go back again soon (and take Doug next time!).
I loved this! I wish I could have gotten them all in the picture- I turned around when we pulled into the hotel and all three of them crashed (that never happens!) Made me wish this zoo was closer! :) We wore them right out!

Out of Africa...

I thought these wall patterns we so cool. It inspired me to paint something like this.

This cracked me up... we were just standing by these elephant statues on and we triggered the sensor it is sprayed Amberlee and Autumn right in the face. It scared them at first- it was great!

Zoo Boise...

It was hard to get the girls out of this little hut- I took some pictures and maybe we'll have to build one someday. :)

Falling Leaves...

The Zoo was beautifully landscaped! It was such a pretty time of year to be there. I couldn't help but stop a few times to snap some pictures.
